Join an elite group of sales professionals bringing customized, white-glove experiences directly to customers' homes. As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you are driven to connect; every interaction is an opportunity to introduce the latest technology and services. You will work independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided to you. Your day involves closing deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most to them. This role is ideal for those considering careers as Direct Sales, Residential Sales, or Territory Representatives.

We kick things off with paid training to set you up for success working independently in the field. Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities will keep you on track and tech-savvy. You will connect with existing customers daily, engaging with warm prospects effectively using strong negotiation and communication skills.
