About the Role
Collab Collective Studio is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive retail growth for our nicotine-free vape brand across the Hampton Roads / Seven Cities market, including Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, and Newport News.
This is a hands-on retail sales position focused on the field rather than the office. You will be out in convenience stores, smoke shops, and vape retailers building relationships and securing shelf space. This role is designed for those who prefer working in the field over behind a desk and are motivated by owning a territory and being compensated based on performance.
