Join an elite group of sales professionals bringing customized, white-glove experiences directly to customers' homes. As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be the face and voice of the company, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Every interaction is an opportunity to introduce the latest technology and services, thriving on the challenge of making sales goals happen.

You will close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions, keeping customers connected to what matters most to them. The role is designed for those driven to connect, with a varied schedule that allows you to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We kick things off with paid training to set you up for success working independently in the field. Coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities will keep you on track and tech-savvy. You will connect with existing customers daily, engaging with warm prospects effectively using strong negotiation and communication skills.
