As a Market Development Specialist, you will play a vital role during a critical moment for new residents. When new housing developments are built, people are focused on settling in and quickly reconnecting to the internet, their favorite shows, and their loved ones. You will be the bridge that helps them get there.
This role is for an outgoing professional who thrives working independently and enjoys connecting with customers where they are. You will acquire new customers through door-to-door relationship building and community events, focusing on new and existing communities within targeted growth markets. Your day will involve developing relationships with homebuilders, homeowner associations, and housing community groups within your assigned territory to build a vast network of referral partners.
While the work is physically demanding—expect to work outdoors in all weather conditions, during days, evenings, and weekends, and to knock on many doors before closing a sale—it is financially rewarding and offers real career opportunities. You will be rewarded for achieving sales goals in internet, mobile, phone, and video sales. Success in this position requires professional resilience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
