About the Role

As a Respiratory Therapist – Ventilator Support, you will serve as a Field Clinician delivering specialized respiratory care to ventilator-dependent patients in home and alternate care settings. This role is designed for those passionate about combining hands-on patient care with education and collaboration to support safe, coordinated, and high-quality outcomes outside the hospital.

In this position, you will work directly with physicians and care teams to manage complex patient needs, ensuring smooth transitions from hospital to home. You will act as a clinical resource, collaborating proactively with peers and interdisciplinary teams to resolve issues and optimize patient outcomes. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in ventilator management and the interpersonal skills necessary to educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on equipment use and proper care protocols.
