About the Role
As a Respiratory Therapist specializing in Ventilator Support, you will serve as a Field Clinician delivering specialized respiratory care to ventilator-dependent patients in home and alternate care settings. This role is designed for those passionate about bridging the gap between acute hospital care and independent living.
You will combine hands-on patient care with education and collaboration with physicians and care teams to support safe, coordinated, and high-quality outcomes outside the hospital. Your day will involve performing clinical assessments, managing ventilator equipment, and instructing patients and caregivers on proper usage. You will act as a clinical resource, collaborating proactively with interdisciplinary teams to resolve issues and optimize patient outcomes while ensuring smooth transitions from hospital to home.
