The Respiratory Therapist – Ventilator Support serves as a Field Clinician dedicated to delivering specialized respiratory care to ventilator-dependent patients in home and alternate care settings. This role is designed to combine hands-on patient care with education and collaboration with physicians and care teams to support safe, coordinated, and high-quality outcomes outside the hospital environment.
As a member of our team, you will act as a clinical resource, proactively collaborating with peers and interdisciplinary teams to resolve issues and optimize patient outcomes. You will be instrumental in discharge planning and execution for highly technical patients, ensuring smooth transitions to the home setting while maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.
