The Field Marketing Manager brings Torchy's marketing strategies to life at the local level, serving as the bridge between national brand goals and community execution. This role is dedicated to understanding the unique needs of assigned market areas and tailoring marketing efforts to fit those specific environments. As a key player in enhancing local presence, you will drive guest traffic and ensure brand consistency across all locations by developing localized plans, training restaurant operators, and providing hands-on support in the field.
Your work is defined by adaptability and a "boots on the ground" approach. You will assess unique market challenges to shape local strategies, creating targeted marketing plans that include detailed action steps and visual elements. A significant portion of your time involves training restaurant teams on executing these plans and managing local events, festival participations, and sponsorships to drive community engagement.
You will be actively present during key events, weekends, and non-standard business hours to ensure initiatives are implemented smoothly. Beyond execution, you will measure the success of local initiatives by tracking promotions and sales trends, maintaining organized calendars, and providing monthly reports to leadership. You will also lead New Store Opening (NSO) plans for your markets and build relationships with community partners and vendors to elevate the brand locally.
Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to adjust plans as market needs shift, articulate strategies to stakeholders, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with necessary travel.
