We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team, specializing in advanced gas measurement systems. This role uniquely combines hands-on field service with engineering-level troubleshooting and optimization. As a technical authority, you will serve as the bridge between our design teams and the field, ensuring the highest standards of installation, calibration, and performance assurance for rotary gas meters and electronic volume correctors.
In this position, you will not only diagnose and resolve complex technical issues but also collaborate directly with product engineering teams to drive continuous improvement. Your insights from the field will directly influence design enhancements and new feature development, ensuring our solutions remain robust and compliant with industry standards.
This is an on-site role based in Houston, TX, with a requirement for extensive travel (up to 75%) to customer sites. The role involves occasional overnight travel to support installation, commissioning, and calibration efforts. You will operate in diverse field environments, requiring the ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls efficiently.
