About the Role
As a Computer Hardware Technician, you will serve as the frontline support for our end-user technology ecosystem. Your primary mission is to ensure the seamless operation of desktops, laptops, printers, and other critical devices. You will bridge the gap between technical complexity and user productivity by diagnosing hardware and basic software issues, performing system upgrades, and managing the full lifecycle of device onboarding and offboarding.
This role is essential for maintaining infrastructure reliability. You will work hands-on to install operating systems, configure drivers, and deploy standard business applications. By collaborating closely with the broader IT team, you will help escalate complex challenges while providing timely, professional customer service to internal users. Your attention to detail in asset management and repair documentation ensures our inventory remains accurate and our service delivery remains efficient.
