This position serves as the primary driver for sales activities within assigned accounts, with a focus on maximizing equipment sales and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role is designed for a candidate who is local to Washington D.C., allowing for effective on-the-ground engagement with key clients.
You will manage the entire technical sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to delivering a fully installed solution. This involves identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate security solutions, and guiding the process through installation and follow-up. A key part of your day will be cultivating references, managing leads, and maintaining strong professional relationships with both key accounts and select distributors.
In this role, you will interact directly with clients to inform them of product offerings, pricing, and order status. You will collaborate closely with the Contracts Department on contract issuance, service agreements, and delivery processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting quotes, supporting issue resolution through company CRM systems, and providing necessary administrative support, such as handling rollover calls and completing internal documentation.
Candidates must be local to the Washington D.C. area to be considered for this position. The role requires a candidate capable of managing the full technical sales process and maintaining strong technical knowledge of our product line.
