The Federal Program Manager serves as the primary interface with Government stakeholders, providing hands-on leadership for environmental services supporting the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. This role is critical for ensuring the successful execution of complex contracts across multiple task orders and project teams. You will act as the central hub connecting technical leads, project managers, subcontractors, and internal corporate functions to deliver accurate, timely, and defensible results.
In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle of program delivery, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and compliance. The role demands a proactive approach to coordinating multidisciplinary work—including compliance support, permitting, planning analyses, and documentation—while maintaining strong relationships with Key Officers (KO), Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), and installation stakeholders. Success in this role means ensuring that all deliverables align with federal statutes, regulations, and agency policies while driving customer satisfaction across Military Departments and Civilian Agencies.
