Your day will involve receiving and processing shipments of federal print documents, performing MARC copy cataloging using OCLC and Sirsi ILS, and managing the selection profile for federal publications. Beyond the technical aspects, you will actively promote the collection through monthly themes, displays, newsletters, and social media, while representing the State Library at professional conferences and committees.

This role requires a collaborative spirit and the ability to interact courteously with internal and external customers. You will work in a team-oriented environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly impact the quality of services provided to the state's learners.

  2. Submit Required Documents: Your application package must include a cover letter, a copy of your college transcripts, and three professional references.
  3. Answer Supplemental Questions: Supplemental questions are considered part of your official application. Any misrepresentation will result in disqualification.

Once submitted, a reference and background check will be conducted for qualified candidates.
