Lockheed Martin is seeking an energetic, hardworking, and creative senior leader to lead the FBM Mk7 Integration team. This role is centered on the Trident II D5 Fleet Ballistic Missile program. The successful candidate will find deep fulfillment in seeing all elements of Mk7 capability integration succeed as we deliver this weapon system to the U.S. Navy.
You will serve as the "one voice" for performance status across multiple FBM directorates, managing a comprehensive business rhythm for the Mk7 reentry system development program. This position requires leading the Mk7 proposal process and ensuring all scope to integrate the Mk7 capability into the FBM program is captured. You will seamlessly integrate with the Mk7 reentry body program manager and the Strategic Reentry Programs mission area, while developing strong partnerships with FBM co-contractors to ensure mission objectives and schedules are met for Navy Strategic Systems Programs.
Reporting to the FBM Modernization Program Management Director, this full-time position is located at the Waterton campus in Littleton, CO. The role involves travel up to 50% of the time, primarily to other FBM campuses and the FBM office in Washington, DC.
