About the Role

This position is designed for individuals seeking to propel their careers into management. At New York Life, we invest in you from the start to help you learn and grow as a financial professional first. You will train in valuable skills such as marketing, business development, and customer relationship management, utilizing our tools to further your career before transitioning into management.

The Accelerated Path to Management Program begins with you working as a financial professional for the first year. During this time, you will learn how to sell our products, build client relationships, and meet specific requirements. Following this, you will undergo a six-month intensive training program designed to prime you for success as a manager, teaching you how to recruit and coach others to success. Upon meeting requirements, you will transition into an Associate Partner role, leading and building your team of financial professionals with opportunities to grow to increasingly senior levels of management.

Work Model

This is a hybrid position. You may work remotely with the expectation to work in our Bellevue, WA office one day a week.
