About the Role
This opportunity is designed for leadership-oriented individuals ready to take their financial career to the next level as a partner in our general office. You will join the Fast Track Partner Program, a comprehensive three-year training track where participants start as financial professionals to gain first-hand experience in the field. The program is designed to help you develop a clientele by working with highly successful, established agents and managers.
Your journey involves developing a personalized, long-term strategy to assist clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals. You will present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of financial products, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds. Upon completion of the program requirements, you will transition into management as an associate partner, where you will select, hire, and grow your own financial professionals team.
Hiring Process
Applicants must live within commuting distance of Uniondale, NY, to be considered. The selection process includes an intensive six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position. Successful completion of this program leads to a transition into the management team.
