About the Role
This position provides high-quality home visiting services to vulnerable and often high-risk families in accordance with the Healthy Families America (HFA) model requirements. You will partner with families to strengthen parent-child relationships, achieve positive child health outcomes, and improve family functioning. The role ensures that model fidelity is maintained and carries out required activities as set forth by RI Dept. of Health contractual guidelines.
In this role, you will assist with facilitating groups, engaging in community outreach events, and developing relationships with community partners. The work involves long-term, ongoing projects where you will function appropriately without needing immediate feedback or results for personal validation. You will travel to clients' residences, community locations, and office sites, navigating walkways, stairs, and elevators as needed.
