Fast Pace Health is a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare within a supportive, team-oriented environment. We believe in a "family first" culture where employees are mentored to become the best providers they can be. Our mission is to surpass business goals by ensuring patients receive the best possible care in a positive atmosphere.
As a Fast Pace employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in community events and outreach programs, including seasonal parades, book drives, festivals, and fun runs. We celebrate holidays together with potlucks and dress-up events, fostering a sense of belonging that extends beyond the clinic walls.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, adapting to new technologies and protocols in a quickly evolving practice. This role is designed for providers who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to providing outstanding patient service through compassionate, patient-centric care.
You will lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitudes that ensure excellent patient care, guiding X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists. Your day will involve reviewing patient histories, formulating accurate diagnoses, and implementing clinical protocols while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. Whether working in-person or virtually, you will act as a key member of a team that values teamwork, communication, and empowerment.
We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including holiday pay, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and a focus on work-life balance. For new graduates, we provide extensive training and mentoring to help you grow your clinical competencies and build a rewarding career path. We actively support your professional development through mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training.
