As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality health care that aligns with our core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, and quality of care. You will serve as a leader within the clinic, guiding staff behaviors and attitudes to ensure excellent patient care. Your day will involve providing outstanding patient service both in-clinic and through various virtual communication channels, responding quickly to changes in patient conditions, and maintaining a compassionate atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to lead clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, while actively engaging with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and ensure adherence to company values.
