Requirements
- verifiedMaster's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- verified1-2 years of experience as a provider in Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice
- verifiedActive Family Nurse Practitioner License
- verifiedActive DEA license
- verifiedDOT certification (to be obtained within 120 days)
- verifiedKnowledge of HIPAA and federal/state regulations
- verifiedWork authorization in states excluding California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and DC
