As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding patient service both within our clinics and through various virtual communication channels. This role requires a compassionate approach to create a welcoming atmosphere for every patient. You will work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, responding quickly and accurately to changes in patient conditions or treatment responses.
In this position, you will lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitudes that drive excellent patient care, providing guidance to X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists. You will actively engage with clinical leadership to ensure strong patient care and adherence to company values. The role involves a blend of in-person and telehealth responsibilities, requiring you to analyze patient histories, formulate accurate diagnoses, and deliver patient-centric diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations. You will also play a key role in onboarding new employees, facilitating introductions, and providing job shadowing and coaching to help them integrate into the team.
