Fast Pace Health is a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Our mission is to ensure patients receive the best possible care in a positive atmosphere, whether through our physical clinics or virtual channels. We believe in a "family first" culture, where employees are supported by mentoring and opportunities to grow their clinical competencies. As part of our dynamic team, you will work to surpass business goals while maintaining a compassionate and welcoming presence for every patient.
Beyond clinical duties, we are deeply committed to community engagement. Our employees participate in seasonal parades, book drives, festivals, trunk-or-treats, fun runs, and more. We celebrate holidays together with potlucks and dress-up events, fostering a close-knit community where teamwork and empowerment are core values.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients of all ages in both in-person and telehealth settings. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced, evolving practice and are eager to adapt to new technologies and protocols. You will act as a leader within the clinic, guiding behaviors and attitudes among X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists to ensure excellent patient service.
Your day will involve reviewing patient medical histories, symptoms, and medications to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide therapeutic recommendations. You will manage patient volume goals, ensure timely and accurate charting, and implement clinical protocols outlined by our Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians. A key part of your role is fostering a positive work atmosphere by welcoming new employees, facilitating their introductions, and providing job shadowing and coaching opportunities to help them succeed.
We offer extensive training for new graduates, helping you build the confidence and credibility needed to excel. Whether you are treating acute and chronic conditions, ordering diagnostic tests, or prescribing medications, you will do so with a focus on patient-centric care, safety, and cost-effectiveness. You will also have the opportunity to recommend ideas to leadership to improve the overall patient experience.
Fast Pace Health is committed to finding the right fit for our family. We look for providers who are flexible, responsive to changes in patient conditions, and dedicated to our core values of teamwork, communication, and quality of care.
Note on Eligibility: Please be aware that applicants are limited to individuals from states excluding California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and the District of Columbia.
