Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead clinic staff including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists
- check_circleAnalyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses
- check_circleOrder, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications for acute and chronic conditions
- check_circleEnsure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- check_circleImplement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians
- check_circleRecommend ideas to leadership to improve overall patient experience and care quality
- check_circleProvide quality healthcare in clinic and telehealth settings to meet patient volume goals
- check_circleAttend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training sessions
- check_circleConduct virtual consultations and provide therapeutic recommendations to patients
- check_circleSupport new employee training through job shadowing, demonstrations, and coaching
Requirements
- verifiedMaster's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- verified1-2 years of experience as a provider in Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice
- verifiedActive and verifiable License in good standing
- verifiedActive DEA license (or within 120 days of meeting state minimum years of practice)
- verifiedDOT certification (to be obtained within 120 days for FT and PT providers)
- verifiedApplicants must not reside in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, or District of Columbia
