About the Role

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be the cornerstone of our patient care delivery, responsible for providing high-quality health services both in-clinic and through virtual channels. This role is designed for providers who thrive in a dynamic, quickly evolving practice setting and are eager to adapt to new technologies and protocols. You will not only diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions but also lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitudes that ensure excellent patient satisfaction.

You will work autonomously yet collaboratively, managing patient volumes, performing diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications while maintaining strict adherence to federal and state regulations. A key part of your day involves mentoring new team members, facilitating their onboarding, and fostering a respectful, friendly work environment.
