Fast Pace Health is a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare within a supportive, team-oriented environment. We believe in a "family first" culture where employees are mentored to become the best providers they can be. Our mission is to surpass business goals by ensuring patients receive the best possible care in a positive atmosphere, while also fostering a dynamic team that adapts quickly to new technologies and evolving practice settings.
Beyond clinical duties, we are deeply committed to our communities. As a Fast Pace employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in various outreach programs, including seasonal parades, book drives, festivals, and fun runs. We celebrate holidays together with potlucks and dress-up events, reinforcing our identity as a family that cares for both its members and the neighborhoods it serves.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients across both in-clinic and virtual channels. This role is designed for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and is eager to grow their clinical competencies. You will not only diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions but also lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitudes that ensure excellent patient service.
Your day will involve reviewing patient histories, performing physical assessments, and utilizing telehealth protocols to provide diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations. You will act as a mentor to new employees, facilitating introductions, providing job shadowing, and supporting their training. The role requires a balance of clinical autonomy and collaboration, as you will actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and ensure adherence to company values. Whether managing a queue of telehealth patients or guiding a team of X-Ray Technologists and Nurses, your goal is to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and build confidence and credibility with both colleagues and patients.
