Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals
- check_circleDiscuss medical history and symptoms to formulate accurate diagnoses for patients
- check_circleEnsure accurate and timely completion of patient charts in compliance with regulations
- check_circleImplement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by supervising physicians
- check_circleMaintain compliance with federal and state regulations including HIPAA and company standards
- check_circleOrder and interpret diagnostic tests while prescribing medications for acute and chronic conditions
- check_circleLead clinic staff in behaviors and actions to ensure excellent patient care delivery
- check_circleAnalyze patient histories and diagnostic information to develop appropriate treatment plans
- check_circleConsult with patients through virtual communication channels to ensure proper follow-up
- check_circleSupport new employee training through job shadowing, demonstrations, and coaching
Requirements
- verifiedMaster's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- verified1-2 years of experience as a provider in Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice
- verifiedActive and verifiable License in good standing
- verifiedActive DEA license (or within 120 days of meeting state minimum years of practice)
- verifiedDOT certification (to be obtained within 120 days for FT and PT providers)
- verifiedApplicants must not reside in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, or District of Columbia
