Fast Pace Health is a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare within a supportive, team-oriented environment. We believe in a "family first" culture where employees are mentored to become the best providers they can be. Our mission is to surpass business goals by ensuring patients receive the best possible care in a positive atmosphere, while also fostering a dynamic team that adapts quickly to new technologies and evolving practice settings.
Beyond clinical duties, we are deeply committed to our communities. As a Fast Pace employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of outreach programs, including seasonal parades, book drives, festivals, trunk-or-treat events, and fun runs. We celebrate holidays together with potlucks and dress-up events, reinforcing our identity as a family that cares for both its patients and its people.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients across both in-clinic and virtual channels. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and are eager to grow their clinical competencies. You will serve as a leader within the clinic, guiding behaviors and attitudes among staff such as X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists to ensure excellent patient service.
Your day will involve diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and interpreting diagnostic results with accuracy and efficiency. You will actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and ensure adherence to company values, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for every patient. A key part of your journey here involves mentoring new team members, facilitating their introductions, and providing job shadowing and coaching to help them integrate smoothly into the clinic culture.
We offer extensive training for new graduates and a rewarding career path for experienced providers. Whether you are a new grad or a seasoned practitioner, you will have the support and resources needed to excel in your clinical practice while contributing to a culture of teamwork, empowerment, and quality care.
