Lane County's Family Mediation Team is seeking a temporary Family Mediator to join us in helping parents navigate conflict and create healthier futures for their children. Family mediation is challenging and deeply meaningful work. Parents turn to us during some of the hardest moments in their lives, and our mediators play a key role in guiding them through a respectful and structured process.
In this role, you will help parents reach custody and parenting time agreements, teach parent education classes, and support families with tools to move forward in positive ways. This is an essential service to the community—a position that requires both technical skill and compassion. Families rely on us, and you will make a real difference in their lives.
We welcome applicants who are eager to grow their careers in family mediation. This role offers an opportunity to apply your skills in conflict resolution, family law, counseling, or related fields, and to learn from a supportive, collegial team committed to professionalism, humor, and care for one another.
