About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a boutique family law firm in Alpharetta to find an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This role supports a sophisticated caseload spanning divorce, high-asset property division, child custody and support, adoptions, legitimations, alimony, grandparents' rights, and post-decree modifications.

The Role

You will work directly with lead counsel to assist with case strategy and handle all phases of litigation support. Your day-to-day will involve drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence, managing discovery, coordinating client communication, and preparing for hearings and trials. The ideal candidate will bring significant family law experience, strong drafting skills, and the ability to independently manage an active caseload.
