We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in either Parsippany or Hackensack, New Jersey. This position is designed for a legal professional with a strong background in family and divorce law who can manage complex cases with both empathy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will excel in consultative selling, demonstrate sharp business acumen, and take a proactive approach to networking and client acquisition.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of clients' family law cases, ensuring tasks and events are handled efficiently. You will provide empathetic support to clients, addressing emotional challenges and case complexities while representing them in court proceedings and before administrative agencies. Beyond legal practice, you will engage in marketing and networking activities to attract new clients and contribute to local business development efforts.
