The Family Development Specialist is a pivotal role designed to support clients and families by developing and implementing treatment plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and linking them to necessary services. This position serves as a vital bridge between clinical care and community resources, ensuring comprehensive support for those we serve.
In this role, you will actively participate in weekly Treatment Team meetings, serving as a liaison with other professionals, agencies, and community resources to ensure client needs are met. You will also provide 24/7 on-call support as required by the program, ensuring continuous care for our clients. Your work will be instrumental in maintaining a full caseload through active recruitment of new referrals while upholding the highest standards of documentation and regulatory compliance.
