About the Role
AO Globe Life is expanding its remote workforce to seek motivated professionals who want to help individuals and families make informed decisions about important supplemental benefit programs. This opportunity offers meaningful work, professional development, and the flexibility of a fully remote career within a supportive team environment.
In this role, you will conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom. Unlike traditional sales roles, all consultations are scheduled with individuals who have requested information—no cold outreach, prospecting, or door-to-door activity is required. You will listen carefully to understand each client's needs and priorities, then explain available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally. Your day will involve guiding clients through the enrollment process step-by-step, maintaining accurate digital documentation, and providing ongoing client support and policy guidance when needed.
