In this position, you will connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs. You will schedule virtual consultations via Zoom, guide them through available options, and assist them through the enrollment process. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service and building lasting relationships with warm leads, meaning no cold calling or prospecting is required.
