About the Role

This position is designed for professional photographers looking to join our team. While previous real estate photography experience is not required, candidates must possess a strong foundation in professional photography. The role focuses on capturing high-quality images for real estate clients, with no photo editing required on your part.

As a photographer, you will be paid per shoot, with a typical range of $60 to $200 depending on the client's package. Appointments generally last an hour or less, and you may handle 4-5 appointments per day. We provide comprehensive training in photography, videography, and 3D tour technology, ensuring you are equipped to adapt to our guidelines and rapidly changing technology.

Hiring Process & Requirements

To join our team, you must be available to take assignments Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability. All team members are expected to register as an LLC and pass a background check. If you are not already FAA Part 107 certified, you will be required to pass a written test for certification within your first 30 days.

We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain a well-organized workflow. You must have reliable transportation, a professional-grade camera with a full-frame sensor (no APS-C), a wide-angle zoom lens, a professional tripod, and a professional drone. Additionally, you need a laptop and internet connection suitable for quickly uploading large files.
