About the Role
Felician University, the Franciscan University of New Jersey, seeks an academically qualified specialist to serve as an Assistant or Associate Professor of Mathematics in the School of Arts and Sciences for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position is designed to support students at all levels of mathematical preparation, utilizing exceptional communication skills to make complex mathematical concepts accessible and engaging for diverse learners.
The successful candidate will teach across the complete spectrum of undergraduate mathematics courses, ranging from developmental and foundational courses through advanced upper-level offerings required for the bachelor's degree in mathematics. The role requires experience in both traditional and online teaching environments, with a commitment to pursuing Felician online certification. Faculty members are expected to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning preferences and academic preparation levels while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
