About the Role

As a Facility Manager in Beaver, West Virginia, you will serve as the operational backbone of our grow and processing facility. This role exists to ensure that daily operations run seamlessly, meeting production standards while fostering a positive and safe work environment. You will bridge the gap between production and market needs by coordinating closely with Sales and Retail teams to align output with product demands.

Your day will involve managing production schedules, tracking inventory, and monitoring quality to keep the team on track with targets and budget expectations. Beyond the operational mechanics, a core part of your mission is leadership: hiring, training, mentoring, and coaching team members to develop their skills and maintain high performance.
