About the Role
The Facilities Mobile Security Associate 3 is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure working environment for every shift. Reporting directly to the Facilities Security Supervisor, this role serves as the eyes and ears of the facility, patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance systems, and inspecting buildings to identify and report potential security threats. The position requires a proactive presence to maintain order and enforce company policies, including the Prohibited Items List.
As a key member of the Fulfillment team, the Associate acts as a first responder to alarms and emergencies, secures all exits and bay doors, and assists in screening operations using metal detectors and handheld wands. This role demands the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team, maintaining high levels of confidentiality while communicating effectively via phone, radio, and messaging applications.
Schedule and Requirements
This position operates on a Monday through Thursday schedule from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Eligibility for the role is contingent upon a successful background screening. While prior experience in a similar security role is preferred, the company can provide SORA (Security Officer Registration Act) registration for qualified candidates.
