Human Capital Resources and Concepts is seeking qualified professionals to serve as Unarmed Security Guards at a federal facility. This role is critical to maintaining the safety and security of the site by ensuring strict adherence to federal regulations, contract-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and government-issued guidelines.
As a member of the security team, you will provide comprehensive protection through a variety of duties including entry and exit control, roving patrols, building and equipment checks, alarm monitoring, and escort services. The position requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to perform these duties effectively while maintaining controlled management of personal health and substance use history. Candidates must be prepared to respond to unscheduled duties during high-demand periods and uphold professional conduct at all times.
Successful candidates will undergo a rigorous selection process. Applications require a resume submission, followed by a comprehensive background check, a physical exam conducted by a licensed physician, and the necessary security clearance processes. Prior to beginning work, contractors are responsible for developing and submitting a Training Plan for review and approval. Once hired, employees will receive government-contractor training and have opportunities for career advancement within federal security services.

Requirements
