About the Role
We are hiring a Front Desk Coordinator for our Hyde Park location. As an integral member of the team, you will create authentic experiences for our Residents and their guests. You will bring positive energy to each conversation, resolving issues quickly and effectively to ensure everyone feels welcome and appreciated.
In this role, you will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving residents and guests, assist them with their residential service needs, and ensure they are comfortable. You will also provide essential information while upholding building safety and security standards. Whether anticipating needs, maintaining community curb appeal, or handling package deliveries, your goal is to create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality.
Hiring Process & Requirements
All new hires are required to successfully complete a criminal background investigation prior to employment. The receipt of satisfactory responses to reference requests and the provision of satisfactory proof of an applicant's identity and legal authority to work in the United States are also required.
