About the Role

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team in Woonsocket, RI. This hybrid role focuses on managing the interior cleaning program, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring high-quality service delivery through data-driven insights and performance tracking.

The position offers a contract assignment with the potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs. You will work a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an on-site requirement on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, plus additional onsite time as needed.

Hiring Process

The interview process begins with a 30-minute introductory call via Microsoft Teams. If selected, a second interview will be conducted onsite. Training will be provided upon hiring.
