This position serves as a pivotal leader within the Facility Engineering division, responsible for supervising a team of facility maintenance technicians. The role focuses on delivering high-quality maintenance services, energy maintenance repairs, and overseeing comprehensive preventive maintenance programs across retail stores and company facilities, including buildings and grounds.
The incumbent is tasked with ensuring the optimal functioning of critical building systems, encompassing mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), as well as life safety protocols. A key component of the position involves managing company and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations related to refrigerant usage, while integrating energy reduction best practices into daily maintenance activities.

Regular travel to division locations is required to engage staff and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. You will be expected to educate associates on maintenance software best practices and enforce safety standards by supporting the safety coordinator's directives.
