As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you will be a key member of the People & Culture Team, responsible for ensuring a seamless, supportive, and engaging experience for all employees—particularly those living in our employee housing. This role is designed for a go-getter who prioritizes organization and attention to detail, thriving in a dynamic environment where unexpected challenges arise daily.
You will play a vital role in supporting employee satisfaction, well-being, and community life at the resort. Your day will blend office work with hands-on responsibilities, ranging from managing housing operations and tenant counseling to coordinating transportation and fostering community through employee programming. You will be on your feet, adapting to seasonal changes and special events, ensuring that every employee feels at home while living and playing where they work.
