Children's Wisconsin has an exciting opportunity for an Experience Systems Analyst to support and enhance its experience feedback platforms. This role is critical for measuring and improving the patient and family experience by supporting multiple experience systems—including Press Ganey, Qualtrics, Nobl, and Truthpoint—and their integrations with Epic.
The Experience Systems Analyst ensures system stability, accurate data collection, and the successful implementation of innovative tools that strengthen feedback and insight for families and internal stakeholders. Your work will involve proactively monitoring data pipelines to identify system errors, investigating root causes of discrepancies, and managing resolution processes with vendors or internal technical teams. Additionally, you will support the technical deployment of new features, including AI-driven feedback tools, and identify opportunities to automate manual tasks to improve overall system efficiency.
