The National Soccer Hall of Fame (NSHOF) is a unique public-private partnership among FC Dallas, the City of Frisco, the Frisco Independent School District, and the U.S. Soccer Federation. Located at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas, the facility comprises two distinct components: the NSHOF Experience and the HOF Club.
The NSHOF Experience is a 19,350-square-foot immersive destination that honors the past while fully incorporating modern technology of the present and future. Featuring virtual reality, gesture technology, and interactive digital video boards, the space celebrates the players, veterans, and builders of American soccer who have elevated the sport to its current stature. The venue hosts interactive exhibits, iconic soccer memorabilia, and serves as the annual home for Hall of Fame induction ceremonies.
As an Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the Hall of Fame, setting the tone for their visit. Your primary mission is to create a safe, memorable, and engaging environment where visitors can connect with the history and future of the sport.
In this role, you will guide guests through the creation of their profiles and introduce them to the interactive elements of the museum. A key part of your day involves assisting guests with ticket purchases or redemptions and providing comprehensive information about all aspects of the Hall of Fame experience. You will actively interact with visitors while teaching them how to utilize our cutting-edge virtual reality exhibit experiences. Whether answering questions or simply ensuring a guest has a great time, your friendly and customer-service-oriented approach will be essential to the success of the NSHOF Experience.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old. We are looking for individuals who are responsible, reliable, and passionate about U.S. Soccer. While prior customer service experience is preferred, a positive attitude and the ability to stand for long periods are critical.
Please note that during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, operational needs may increase significantly. Candidates should be prepared for a flexible schedule that could include extended hours, weekends, holidays, and up to seven days per week depending on the needs of the facility.
