Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCraft, optimize, and deliver human-centered content to drive best-in-class digital experiences
- check_circleDevelop cohesive end-to-end product narratives and solutions across platforms using design standards
- check_circleCollaborate with design teams to iterate and revise content solutions from ideation to implementation
- check_circleCreate content deliverables for design systems, prototypes, and content management systems
- check_circleBuild reusable content models and systems for AI interactions and multimodal experiences
- check_circleDesign and evolve digital content experiences across conversation interfaces, web, and mobile apps
- check_circleSupport evaluative testing, user research, and usability studies to refine the customer journey
- check_circleCommunicate effectively with teammates, partners, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- check_circleContribute to design system patterns and best practices for innovative digital and AI experiences
- check_circleManage multiple projects while meeting time, scope, and budget expectations
- check_circlePartner with cross-functional stakeholders to align requirements and ensure high-quality delivery

Requirements
- verified3+ years of industry design experience in multidisciplinary content design
- verifiedPortfolio showcasing proven expertise
- verifiedExperience designing intelligent systems across content, UX, product, and data
- verifiedExperience developing content for multi-channel consumer-facing apps, responsive web, and websites
- verifiedUnderstanding of user-centered design principles and rapid ideation processes like Lean UX, Design Sprints, and Agile
- verifiedExperience working with content systems and adhering to brand, voice and tone guidelines
- verifiedExperience leveraging AI agents or assistants in production
- verifiedProficiency in Figma, Copilot, Lovable, and Claude Code
- verifiedHigh School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- verifiedMust be at least 18 years of age
Nice to Have
Financial or similar industry experience. Bachelor's degree with corresponding content design experience. Knowledge of collaboration and production tools such as MCP (Model Context Protocol), Content Management Systems (CMS), JIRA, and Confluence.
