Financial or similar industry experience. Bachelor's degree with corresponding content design experience. Knowledge of collaboration and production tools such as MCP (Model Context Protocol), Content Management Systems (CMS), JIRA, and Confluence.
Skills: Experience Design, Content Design, Product Design, Design Research, Design Operations, Design Technology, Conversation Design, Wcag Accessibility Standards, Lean Ux, Design Sprints.
Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School required; Bachelor's degree with corresponding content design experience preferred.
