The Expedite Tracking and Tracing Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the visibility and accurate documentation of customer freight. This position supports the office by proactively monitoring freight movement, troubleshooting customer concerns, and maintaining clear, concise communication to drive customer satisfaction.
Standard Hours
This role operates on a specialized schedule to align with operational needs:
- Sunday - Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate on-time pickup and deliveries utilizing various software systems
- check_circleTrack and trace Expedite shipments along with drivers providing detailed updates in TMS
- check_circleManage coordination of available customer freight with available carrier equipment
- check_circleVerify freight charges and resolve payable discrepancies prior to final payment
- check_circleInitiate check calls with drivers on all pick-ups and deliveries
- check_circleMonitor freight via multiple websites to ensure accurate delivery times and notify customers of delays
- check_circleMaintain accurate records including time stamps, trailer numbers, and seal numbers
- check_circleCommunicate with drivers to ensure on-time service is provided for all customer shipments
