About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor – Last Mile Delivery to lead daily logistics and warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for a proven leader with a background in last-mile delivery, 3PL, and warehouse operations who can drive performance, improve efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer service.
As Operations Supervisor, you will oversee delivery operations, fleet coordination, and service provider performance, ensuring on-time deliveries and operational excellence from warehouse to final mile. You will work in a combination of warehouse and office settings, requiring active supervision and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime.
