We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Sous Chef to join our fine dining team. In this role, you will partner with the Executive Chef to manage and mentor kitchen staff while demonstrating advanced culinary skills. Your primary objective is to provide meals with both nutritional value and creative appeal to our residents and guests.
You will be responsible for the proper preparation of the planned menu in the absence of the Executive Chef and will assist in the supervision of all kitchen team members. This is a full-time position with a standard schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. While we strive to avoid late nights, availability for occasional hours outside this schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.

5+ years of related work experience including kitchen supervisory experience in a hotel or restaurant environment. Experience with dietary restrictions and modified diets. Associates degree in culinary arts or other formal culinary education and/or advanced training.
