The Terraces of Boise is a HumanGood community, nationally rated as a 2025-2026 Best Senior Living community for Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care by U.S. News & World Report. At HumanGood, we are driven by purpose—reimagining senior living and creating communities where older adults can thrive. We are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents every day, helping them realize their full human potential.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Sous Chef to join our fine dining team. In this role, you will partner with the Executive Chef to manage and mentor kitchen staff while demonstrating advanced culinary skills. Your primary objective is to provide meals with nutritional value and creative appeal to our residents and guests. You will be responsible for the proper preparation of the planned menu in the absence of the Executive Chef and assist in the supervision of all kitchen team members, ensuring every dish is properly cooked, tasty, and attractive while meeting high standards for quality and presentation.
This is a full-time position based on-site at our community in Boise, Idaho. We pride ourselves on a standard schedule that avoids late nights: Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. While the core schedule is fixed, availability must include weekends and holidays, and occasional hours outside this window may be required as needed.
HumanGood supports team members just as they support residents. Here, you will have real opportunities to grow in your career, gain leadership skills, and develop personally. We offer a compensation package that maximizes health, wealth, and well-being, adding up to 40% in value to your base compensation. If you are ready to build a confident, secure life for you and your family while making a difference, we invite you to apply.
