We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Sous Chef to join our fine dining team. In this role, you will partner with the Executive Chef to manage and mentor kitchen staff, demonstrating advanced culinary skills to provide meals with both nutritional value and creative appeal. You will be responsible for the proper preparation of the planned menu in the absence of the Executive Chef and will assist in the supervision of all kitchen team members. Your work ensures that every meal served is properly cooked, tasty, and attractive, meeting high standards for quality and presentation while addressing specific dietary needs.
This is a full-time position based on-site at our community in Boise, Idaho. We offer a standard schedule designed to support work-life balance: Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. While we strive to keep late nights to a minimum, candidates must be available to work occasional hours outside this schedule as needed, including weekends and holidays.
